To keep our atmosphere calm and relaxing we ask those with cell phones to turn them off or to vibrate. Parents please refrain from bringing children under the age of 10 into the spa.

Treatments are reserved especially for you. We request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Group reservations and day spa packages require 48 hours notice.

Cancellations after this time frame are subject to 50% of the total service charge. We accept cancellations by phone, voicemail and email only. We do not accept appointment cancellations via social media.

We recommend arriving no less than 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. This allows time to complete any unfinished health history forms as well as relax before your service. Arriving late will limit your treatment time.

Please note that you will be responsible for 50% of your appointment fee if you miss an appointment without providing 24 hours notice. Please do your best to notify us in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment, and we will gladly find time to reschedule.

Unopened merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Gift cards/certificates are non refundable.

A gift card can be used for any of our services or products and may be purchased online, over the phone, or in person. Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption. Gift cards are redeemable for products and/or services, but are not valid towards the purchase of another gift card, or redeemable for cash. The value of the gift card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

Digital gift cards

After purchasing a gift card online, a digital voucher will be sent immediately either to the purchaser, or a recipient of his/her choosing. To redeem a digital gift card, simply present the voucher in the spa at time of payment. Any leftover balance will remain on the voucher for a later visit.
